Planning Blog: Location, Participants, Health, Schedule, Backup Plan

 Location: Any local park will be our major location. This will both set the scene of the incident and convey that the characters are normal people who live normal lives

Health: My group’s safety comes first, therefore we are taking all measures to make sure all the actors are safe during filming. My older sister has volunteered to oversee all activities done during the film. For the scene where actress 1 gets killed, she will ensure that there are no dangerous weapons used in the film and have first aid ready just in case, an actor gets hurt during the chase scene.


Schedule: 

On 3/4/22, our group will create a storyboard

On 3/5/22, our group will begin the film 

On 3/12/22, our group will film and make any readjustments to each shot

on  3/19/22, our group will begin editing 

On 4/2/21, our group will film and edit any shots that need to be changed 

On 4/9/22 our group will do final remakes of each shot if necessary and do finishing touches to the film

On 4/15/21, our group will complete the production blog



Backup Plan: 

If one actress can’t do their part in the film for whatever reason, we will replace them with another actress to fill in the gap. If an edit couldn't be done by one person, another person will do it so we can be on schedule. If the weather condition of our location isn’t matching our script, we will either wait another day or move locations that look similar to the one before.

      In the short film it addresses the issue of selfishness and taking someone for granted. In the beginning of the film, it starts out as a moment of rekindling of friendship between the two characters, where they highlight each other on significant moments in their life separate life and the one they both shared before. I am working with Nurdlie, a friend that I recently made. We share a lot of similarities and have the best time together. I chose to work with Nurdlie because I trust her with my grade. She is responsible and reliable. I trust that I can rely on her for help and support. She also shows a lot of commitment to her work. She is a visionary and I am a strategist, which made me think this was a good balance for a team. We’re skilled in different things, which I think could be helpful for this project.
