  Creative Critical Reflection How does your product use or challenge conventions AND how does it represent social groups or issues?  My product uses conventions to stand out. It is a way to increase sales and reach targeted audiences for support. My product builds a community that forms relationships. This product is all inclusive of everyone and has signed multiple pledges to support different social groups and communities. 2. How does your product engage with audiences AND how would it be distributed as a real media text?  In order to engage with the audience, the sprite ad was created to be unique, and engaging, fun and interactive, which would increase brand awareness and turn the audience into active supporters. To acquire max engagement, short, but catchy headlines will keep everything simple and straightforward, keeping the audience both interested and engaged. My first time blogging and shooting was extremely exciting and enjoyable. We made a lot of mistakes during filming along the way, but we still managed to get it right, and have a great time working on this project. From developing storyboards to rehearsing lines and filming, this project was a lot of fun from start to finish. This experience made me realize that it’s all about thoughts and ideas, and getting to know others. This has stretched my creativity, allowing me to fully understand and create what people want to see in a product. This experience made me want to create more and do even more projects like this one. Meeting new people, running around with props and filming was the overall highlight of this entire project. I look forward to the future projects.

 It’s the second day of editing and the commercial going as planned, I did some finishing touches on the project and had my partner look over it for any suggestions or concerns. Today doesn’t include much editing, filming or make ups, but it does include a lot of inspection. Most of today was just to perfect the commercial so both of us are satisfied with the results. After doing so final touches, I decided to go and help other people film. If someone needed a camera man, or a prop holder, I would volunteer to be that person. I also watched other people’s commercials and gave them my opinion if they asked. For the final day when this project is due, my partner and I will inspect it for the last time before submitting just so we are satisfied with the outcome, and just so everything can be submit in the correct format. After having a delay in filming last class, my partner showed up to school today to finish the film. I went over everything that was missing and what needed to be replaced, and what needed to be cropped out. This time, the prop was taken without any problems or delays. Since we had another chance to shoot, I opted to reshoot all of the shots and preserve the old ones as backups. My partner and I visited all of the locations where we would be filming and editing. My partner and I finally recorded something decent enough to be edited in the final result of the commercial after several tries to match mood and tones of voices to background music. My partner and I also discussed various ideas and adjustments that could make the new product better than the previous one. Making little adjustments to movements without fully changing the concept. We are currently back to the first phase of editing but we made a decision that I would edit the first half of the project and my partner would edit t

 So today is the final day of filming, my partner got sick so I am the person working on the project at school. My partner and I made a compromise and decided to work 50/50 on editing the commercial even though she wasn’t there to do the reshooting. I did some editing and a bit of reshooting on my part, but I need my partner to reshoot their part for this project to be completed. Just in case I kept a few extra clips to edit and stitch so we have a presentable project to submit. I mostly edited and adjusted some settings and the backup commercial is completed. We both decided that if we can’t reshoot after school, we will work will whatever film we have left over. Today didn’t have much of a progress but it is guarantee to pick up in the middle of week on dieting day. On that day we plan to do the last finishing touches and submit the final product of the commercial.
