Editing and chilling

 It’s the second day of editing and the commercial going as planned, I did some finishing touches on the project and had my partner look over it for any suggestions or concerns. Today doesn’t include much editing, filming or make ups, but it does include a lot of inspection. Most of today was just to perfect the commercial so both of us are satisfied with the results. After doing so final touches, I decided to go and help other people film. If someone needed a camera man, or a prop holder, I would volunteer to be that person. I also watched other people’s commercials and gave them my opinion if they asked. For the final day when this project is due, my partner and I will inspect it for the last time before submitting just so we are satisfied with the outcome, and just so everything can be submit in the correct format. Also on the final day, my partner and I will also be checking the rubric so we can make sure that we have all the requirements that the commercial needs, along with, doing the the official final editing, which isn’t much. The official editing is only if we see a mistake that needs to be taken cared of immediately.

      In the short film it addresses the issue of selfishness and taking someone for granted. In the beginning of the film, it starts out as a moment of rekindling of friendship between the two characters, where they highlight each other on significant moments in their life separate life and the one they both shared before. By this the audience gets a grasp of the two personalities of the characters and as the film develops and the scene changes the audience also gets to grasp the unfavorable traits of each character. I am working with Nurdlie, a friend that I recently made. We share a lot of similarities and have the best time together. I chose to work with Nurdlie because I trust her with my grade. She is responsible and reliable. I trust that I can rely on her for help and support. She also shows a lot of commitment to her work. She is a visionary and I am a strategist, which made me think this was a good balance for a team. We’re skilled in different things, which I think could be helpful for this project.
